Stevie Russell, Artist & Illustrator

Stevie Russell is a coastal Queensland–based artist and illustrator guided by the ocean, imagination, and a love of visual storytelling. Her work is known for its layered textures, playful detail, and vibrant use of colour — inviting a sense of wonder and quiet curiosity.

From children’s book illustration and story-led artworks, to one-of-a-kind commissions and prints for homes and creative spaces, Stevie creates pieces that are thoughtful and expressive.

She also enjoys bringing art into community settings through collaborations that foster connection.
